Cyflow Space

The Cyflow Space flow cytometer is designed for precision and flexibility in scientific and clinical applications. Utilizing a quartz flow cuvette for laminar sample transport and hydrodynamic focusing, it ensures optimal sample delivery for accurate data collection. The system can integrate up to five different light sources, including lasers and UV LEDs, offering flexibility for various assays.

The Cyflow Space features a completely closed fluidic system for enhanced reliability and contamination control, while the sample port comes with a biosafety cleaning system to maintain high standards of hygiene. Its true volumetric absolute counting is achieved through mechanical volume measurement, ensuring precise results across a wide range of sample types.

Aspiration speed is adjustable from 0.2 µL to 10 µL/s, allowing for customized sample handling. The system also supports a flexible choice of sample volume, ranging from 10 µL to 150 µL, to accommodate a variety of experimental needs.

To ensure smooth operation, the Cyflow Space is equipped with liquid level sensors on waste bottles and sheath fluid, indicating when replacement or cleaning is required. For high-throughput applications, an optional autoloading station can be added, supporting either 96-well plates or 120 test tubes for automatic sample loading.
